I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate.
I love encouraging my clients in session, and helping them learn tools to take care of, and empower themselves. I create a safe space for you to feel vulnerable and share your experiences, no matter how small or big the problem. If it’s on your mind, it’s probably worth talking about! If you experience negative - or what I like to call “mean” thoughts, feelings of sadness or nervousness, or even if you’re not sure but you want someone to listen! - I can be with you as a guide and we can learn together. This will be a time for us to work together, and for you to learn how to overcome - or change - the issues you are dealing with. Counseling with me will not look like what you've seen on any TV show or movie - those depictions are often incorrect! I won't sit there and tell you what to do with your life - only you have the power to make those choices. But I have plenty of skills and techniques I can teach you to help you make these choices with more confidence.
